Step 1.
Click on the link and you will be directed to Sendspace website.Click on the download file link
(but do not download or save the file)

Step 2.

If you have a download manager,get the url from where the file is being downloaded.(see that the url ends with .RM or .Wmv or .AVI)

Step 3.
Open Real player for .RM or WMV or .AVI files.Go to file --> open and paste the url you have copied ending with .RM or .WMV or .AVI.
